Trainer To Go uses the HIIT method of training.  HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training where intervals of strength and cardio are combined to keep the heart rate elevated throughout the whole workout.  Our workouts are designed for fast RESULTS!

Why Us?

As owners, and ACE certified master trainers we have years of experience in personal training.  Because we want to deliver the latest and greatest workouts to our clients, we have travelled all over the world in search of continuing education opportunities.  We pride ourselves on going above and beyond, dedicating many more hours to continuing education than what is required.  We are also very selective about the trainers that we hire to work for us, with a stringent set of standards for everyone we hire.  At Trainer To Go we have a group of  incredibly talented trainers that will motivate you to achieve RESULTS!

What is Mobile Personal Training?

The hardest part of a workout is showing up!  You can waste thirty minutes getting to the gym, another ten trying to figure out what to do and how to use the equipment, and thirty more getting home, turning what would have been an hour long workout into a two hour ordeal.  We cut out all the travel time and all the confusion for you by bringing the gym to you at home or work at your convenience.  With us, all you have to do is open the door when we get there and we will have your workout plan ready to go for you, so that you can focus on the workout and not the drama of getting to the gym!
